Could not able to cancel GR document for a 3rd party order. Sales order should be rejected.
Global sourcing confirmed that this PO is not manufactured.

It was observed that user is not able cancel the goods receipt done against purchase order due to rejection of corresponding sales order. User is not able to identify the line items of corresponding sales due to cancel the goods receipt. This because purchase order is combined with lot of sales orders and with more number of items.

Resolution

---

Identified the line items of corresponding rejected sales order and forwarded to user to cancel.
